1. Payment Terms: The client agrees to pay the invoiced amount within the specified payment terms. Payment should be made in the currency mentioned in the invoice.
2. Invoice Due Date: The due date for payment is specified on the invoice. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that payment reaches us by the due date. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or penalties upto 15% of the invoice.
3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, QR Scan, wallet, or any other mutually agreed-upon method. All banking charges and transaction fees associated with the payment are the client's responsibility.
4. Invoice Accuracy: The client should carefully review the invoice for accuracy. Any discrepancies or concerns regarding the invoice should be brought to our attention within seven 3 business days of receipt.
5. Invoice Disputes: In the event of a dispute related to the invoiced amount, the client should promptly notify us in writing, providing details and supporting documentation. Both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the dispute in an amicable manner.
6. Taxes and Fees: The client is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government fees associated with the payment. These additional charges may be added to the invoiced amount or billed separately, as required by law.
7. Late Payments: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge upto 15% interest on the overdue amount at a rate determined by applicable laws or as specified in the contract. Additionally, we may suspend further work or services until the outstanding balance is settled.
8. Non-Payment: If the client fails to make payment within the specified timeframe or breaches any payment obligations, we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies to recover the outstanding amount. The client agrees to bear any costs associated with such recovery efforts, including but not limited to legal fees.
9. Confidentiality: All financial information shared during the payment process will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction. We adhere to relevant data protection and privacy laws.
10. Modifications: These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The most recent version will be made available on our website or provided upon request. Changes will not apply retroactively to invoices issued before the modification.
